Programs and Fees
As an exclusive private member-owned country club, invitation to membership is extended only to property owners in the Woodfield communities.
Equity membership is available in two categories: Full Equity and Standard Equity.
- Full Equity Members have complete golf, tennis, and social privileges.
- Standard Equity Members have complete tennis and social privileges, along with a limited number of golf uses throughout the year.
All Members have access to dining, fitness, pickleball, pool, and social activities throughout the club facilities.
The Woodfield Communities are comprised of Woodfield Country Club®, Woodfield Hunt Club, and the Carriage Homes at Woodfield.
- Membership at Woodfield Country Club is mandatory, meaning all home buyers are Members of the Club.
- Special non-equity memberships are offered to homeowners in the Woodfield Hunt Club and Woodfield Carriage Homes.
Builders' Program
The newly introduced Addison Reserve Builder’s Program is an exciting new opportunity for builders to enhance and remodel existing homes in Addison Reserve. Once remodeled, these homes will offer the latest in existing floor plans, interior design, and home automation.
